This plywood type consists of three or more veneers bonded together with the direction of the grain in alternate plies at right angles. Plywood sheets are manufactured from both broadleaved and coniferous species to PN 005–49–05.

Bonding

Bonding shall comply with the requirements of Bonding Class 3 to ČSN EN 314–2 (49 0173) or pass the BFU 100 test to DIN 68 705, Part 3. The plywood sheets of the Hazard Class 3 to ČSN EN 335–3 are designed for use as load-bearing or non-load-bearing elements for exterior applications and humid environments. The product may be used for any environment of Hazard Class 1 and 2 as well.

Formaldehyde Release Class: E1 to ČSN EN 636 (49 2419). Flammability Class: C2 (medium flammability) to ČSN 73 0810; the plywood sheets are supplied either ground or not ground on both surfaces.
